What kind of surgery should I have?
Slightly Large Breasts
It is treated with the areola incision method and is useful when the breast volume is not large. The scar is not noticeable.
Moderately Large Breasts
It is treated with a vertical incision method and is used for moderately enlarged breasts. It is a popular method because it can reduce a large amount.
Extremely Large Breasts
The ‘O’ shaped incision method can effectively reduce large breasts and also correct the position of the nipple.

Areola Incision Method
This method is suitable for cases where the breast size is large but sagging is mild.

CASE 02
Vertical Incision Method
As a method to improve sagging of moderately large breasts with large breasts,
the areola is incised and a vertical incision of approximately 4 to 5 cm is made to control the sagging tissue.

‘O’ Shaped Incision Method
Applicable to severely large and sagging breasts,

Precautions and Care after Breast Reduction
- There may be a difference in swelling of both breasts for a month after surgery, but there is no need to worry.
- If your chest suddenly swells or you experience pain, please contact and visit the hospital immediately.
- Follow medical instructions when wearing a bra.
- You will be required to wear corrective underwear on the first day after surgery. You will need to wear corrective underwear for up to 3 months and a sports bra after 3 months.
- Wired bras can be worn after 6 months afterwards, but try to avoid them for 1 year if possible as there is a possibility of shape deformation.
- After removing the thread, tape is applied. We recommend managing the scar with taping for up to 2 months and applying scar ointment after that. To prevent irritation caused by the tape, please remove the tape once every 2 days and dry it with cold air.
- If the surgical site is itchy, do not scratch it but soothe it with a cold pack.
- If you experience sudden heat or pain, visit the hospital and consult with a specialist.
- Due to the possibility of complications, it is recommended to quit smoking and drinking for one month.
- If surgery is performed through the armpit, excessive use of the arm is prohibited.
- You can shower starting the day after the thread is removed, and use the bathhouse or sauna one month later.
- Be sure to take medication to prevent contracture.
- Avoid lifting heavy things and weight training for 3 to 4 weeks.
