About
Triple Fix Incision Blepharoplasty at Wanna Plastic Surgery
Excessive fat, muscle, and soft tissue are removed through minimal incision, and the tarsal plate, levator aponeurosis and muscle are triple-fixed to create a more robust double eyelid throughout the entire double eyelid line, and fine sutures are used to restore the original anatomical structure when suturing the skin which minimizes the scars.
The incision method is effective when there is a lot of fat in the eyelids and the eyelid skin is thick or saggy. It has a low probability of loosening after surgery, so you can achieve a definite effect.

A specialist with extensive experience in blepharoplasty performs the procedure delicately using fine tools and threads to restore the original anatomical structure, creating a clear double eyelid line with minimal scarring.
- 3
- Little chance of being loosened
By directly fixing the tarsal plate, levator aponeurosis and muscle, a double eyelid line is fixed with strong fixation.
- 4
- Triple fixation of the tarsal, levator aponeurosis and muscles
Triple fixation is a three-point fixation method that fixes a thread to the tarsal plate, and hooks the upper levator aponeurosis again with the needle, and fixes it to the lower flap. This triple fixation method is considered as ideal since it is triple-fixed, preventing the loosening of double eyelids and unnaturalness from ectropion. This method requires lots of experience since location of hooking levator aponeurosis can result in ectropion and deep double eyelids.
