- After surgery, it is recommended to continue using cold compress and walking for a week to manage swelling. Cold compress should be applied to the surrounding area to avoid putting pressure on the fat grafting area.
- Swelling and bruising may occur, and it may help to avoid sleeping with your head down or on your stomach and to sleep with your head elevated.
- Be careful not to put pressure on the fat injection site for one month after surgery.
- Please apply ointment frequently from the day after surgery to keep the wound from drying out (morning, lunch, dinner, and before bed).
- Starting the day after surgery, you can wash your hair carefully.
- Drinking and smoking decrease the fat survival rate and slow down recovery, so they are only possible after at least one month.
- In order for fat to take place, blood vessels must grow between fat cells, so please refrain from strenuous exercise for a month to keep fat cells from moving as much as possible.
- Please refrain from skin treatments for one month.
- It is recommended that you avoid going to steam rooms, saunas, etc. for a month.
